Your words trailed off as you had a terrible thought and slipped your arm out of his. Your voice turned serious as you tried to make eye contact.
“Hey Garry?” you asked, trying to keep your voice steady. He looked at you with a questioning gaze to show he was listening.
“We…We can trust you, right? Because even though I haven’t known Ib for long, I want to keep her safe.” you said, finally looking into his eyes.
He seemed surprised that you’d ask something like that at a time like this, but his expression turned relaxed yet again. “Well, I was about to ask you the same thing. I mean, I did almost get killed by a painting!” he admitted. “But tell you what. How can I prove to you that I’m real and can be trusted?” he asked, looking at you reassuringly. You thought for a bit, then declared hesitantly, “Pull a petal out of your rose and I’ll do the

The two were met with a painting of a guillotine as they walked through the entrance. The paintings of the guillotines continued but with each artwork the blade was being risen, till it was no longer seen. (Male Name) and Ib came across a set of stairs leading down but a sudden scraping noise caused the two to flinch. (Male Name) looked up and his (e/c) eyes widened as he saw the blade of a guillotine falling above them. Quickly grabbing Ib by the arm, he pulled them down the stairs just in time. The ground shook and Ib clung onto (Male Name) as the blade was pulled back up.
Ib grabbed the end of the taller male’s jacket in her smaller hand and pulled him down the stairway. It led the two to another hallway that was completely red in colour. As they walked what seemed to be some type of stick figure ran across the space in front of them, causing (Male Name) to try his best to keep a small yelp to pass his lips. Unfortunately the two had no choice but to follow in the direction th

“Where did these blue footprints come from?” Garry asked, staring at the painting that was in front of him.
Two blue footprints led into an artwork that was painted on the ground. The painting was of an angular fish in a deep, dark, blue abyss. (Male Name) slowly walked towards the artwork, Ib and Garry following close behind. The (h/c) took one step onto the painting and suddenly he felt as though he was falling. As the feeling continued to surround him, he could feel his stomach uneasily flip at the sensation. He opened his mouth to scream as he continued to fall but no sound came out of his slightly parched lips. The fall seemed to go for hours before he was unexpectedly enveloped in darkness and he lost consciousness.
(Male Name) felt something prodding his foot and he slowly opened his eyes, groaning as he managed to regain consciousness. His (e/c) eyes grew wide as he saw Ib standing in front of him, concern shown on her usually stoic face.

(E/c) orbs gazed at all the small, glittering crystal sculptures.
“Find anything you like?” You glanced up at the woman who stood on the other side of the counter. She was an older women, possibly mid-sixties. Many wrinkles covered her smiling face and her head held a thick amount of grey, curly locks. She wore one of the floral dresses that was only ever seen worn on old ladies.
Your eyes strayed on a certain crystal sculpture. It was of a rose. Not just any rose but a blue one. The shade of blue reminded you of a certain purple haired male. You blushed at the thought and gently picked up the glass rose. The light from outside the store shone onto the rose and it looked absolutely magnificent. The stem was a simple shade of green but that wasn’t the thing that was beautiful. The petals of the rose were carved so perfectly and smooth that if not for the light that shined on it and the coldness that spread through his fingertips at the single touch of the item, it coul
